1. Servizio
BrickLens usa sistemi di intelligenza artificiale per suggerire l'identificazione di elementi e set. I risultati possono essere incompleti o errati e devono essere verificati dall'utente. Il servizio può cambiare o essere temporaneamente indisponibile.
2. Account ed età
Per acquistare e usare scansioni a pagamento è necessario un account Google. Account e acquisti sono destinati a utenti di almeno 14 anni oppure autorizzati dal genitore o tutore secondo la legge applicabile. Sei responsabile della sicurezza del tuo account.
3. Pacchetti di scansioni
- 15 scansioni AI;
- 50 scansioni AI.
I pacchetti sono acquisti una tantum gestiti da Google Play. Le scansioni acquistate sono cumulative, non scadono finché l'account rimane attivo, non sono trasferibili e non sono convertibili in denaro. Una scansione viene addebitata solo quando l'elaborazione AI termina con successo; non garantiamo tuttavia l'esattezza del risultato.
4. Pagamenti, rimborsi e storni
Prezzo, valuta, imposte, pagamento e rimborsi sono gestiti da Google Play e mostrati prima dell'acquisto. Si applicano le regole di Google Play e i diritti inderogabili del consumatore. In caso di rimborso, annullamento, storno o acquisto fraudolento, BrickLens può revocare le scansioni non utilizzate o correggere il saldo collegato.
5. Cancellazione account
La cancellazione dell'account elimina l'accesso al saldo: le scansioni residue vengono perse e non possono essere spostate su un altro account. Prima della conferma l'app mostrerà un avviso. Consulta la procedura di cancellazione.
6. Uso corretto
Non puoi aggirare limiti o controlli, automatizzare richieste abusive, manomettere acquisti o token, accedere a dati altrui, interferire con il servizio o usarlo illegalmente. Possiamo limitare o sospendere l'accesso per proteggere utenti e infrastruttura.
7. Responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, BrickLens è fornito “così com'è” e non risponde di decisioni prese basandosi esclusivamente sui risultati AI o su contenuti di terzi. Nulla in questi termini limita responsabilità o diritti che non possono essere esclusi per legge.
8. Marchi e terze parti
BrickLens è un'app indipendente e non è affiliata, approvata o sponsorizzata da LEGO Group. LEGO® è un marchio del LEGO Group. Servizi e siti esterni sono soggetti ai propri termini.
9. Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana, senza pregiudicare le tutele inderogabili del consumatore e il foro competente previsto dalla legge del suo paese di residenza.
10. Modifiche
Potremo aggiornare questi termini per modifiche normative o del servizio. La data in alto identifica la versione vigente.

1. Service
BrickLens uses artificial intelligence to suggest identification of elements and sets. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked by the user. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable.
2. Account and age
A Google account is required to buy and use paid scans. Accounts and purchases are intended for users aged 14 or older, or users authorised by a parent or guardian under applicable law. You are responsible for account security.
3. Scan packs
- 15 AI scans;
- 50 AI scans.
Packs are one-time purchases handled by Google Play. Purchased scans accumulate, do not expire while the account remains active, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. A scan is charged only after AI processing succeeds; accuracy is not guaranteed.
4. Payments and refunds
Price, currency, taxes, payment, and refunds are handled by Google Play and displayed before purchase. Google Play rules and mandatory consumer rights apply. Following a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or fraudulent purchase, BrickLens may revoke unused scans or adjust the linked balance.
5. Account deletion
Deleting the account removes access to the balance: remaining scans are lost and cannot be moved to another account. The app will show a warning before confirmation. See the deletion procedure.
6. Acceptable use
You must not bypass limits or controls, automate abusive requests, tamper with purchases or tokens, access another person's data, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users and infrastructure.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrickLens is provided “as is” and is not liable for decisions based solely on AI results or third-party content. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Trademarks and third parties
BrickLens is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. External services and sites have their own terms.
9. Governing law
Italian law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protections or the competent courts provided by the law of the consumer's country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms for legal or service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
